About Beeswax Impressions.
Beeswax Impressions are made from 100 % pure natural beeswax, the oldest and
purest wax in the world. They retain a delicate honey scent that is
delightfully subtle and pleasant. The warm golden amber color is very
appealing as well. Beeswax Impressions are a unique addition to any home and
are sure to be conversation pieces for visitors and guests.
Beeswax Impressions require very little care. Over time, they may develop a
natural lighter colored “bloom” which can be very attractive. However, your
Beeswax Impression can be restored to its original color if so desired by
simply blowing on it with a hair dryer turned to a low setting or by rubbing
it gently with a soft cotton cloth. Variations in
color are natural depending on where the beeswax comes from. Pure beeswax
melts at 142 degrees so pieces may even be displayed in windows where the sun
can highlight their translucent nature and release the wonderful honey aroma
in the wax.
Many of our creations have been reproduced from antique molds originally used
for cookies, chocolate and gingerbread. We have retained the fine detail of
the original artists’ work and captured it in a truly unique substance that
